With mandatory climate reporting in place, many larger businesses must get moving with their emissions journey.

To make this easier, the NSW Government’s Net Zero Planning Grant is now open, offering up to $30,000 to cover 75% of costs for businesses to make progress in emission measurement, management and reduction.

With $1.5M in total funding, this first-in, best-dressed grant closes on May 2, 2025, or sooner if funds runout.

 Who Can Apply?

Businesses with $200K+ in annual electricity costs at a single site (or $500K across multiple NSW sites).
✔ Must have an ABN, be GST-registered, and operate in NSW.

How Does the Grant Work?

💰 Milestone 1: Up to $4K to assess current sustainability gaps.
💰 Milestone 2: Up to $26K to develop a detailed net zero strategy, emissions reporting, or compliance plan.
